How-to: Duplicate a Phase within a different Case

Pre-Requisites

  1. Design Space created
  2. At least one Case added to your Space
  3. At least one Phase is added to your Case

Steps

  1. Navigate to and click on your desired Design Space
  2. Navigate to and click on your desired Case
  3. Navigate to your desired Phase and click the ellipsis button
  4. In the drop-down, click “Duplicate”
  5. On the Phase duplication wizard screen, click “Find a different one”
  6. Enter a keyword(s) for the Case you want to duplicate the Phase into
  7. In the list below the search bar, click “Select” on your desired Case
  8. Give your newly duplicated Phase a title
  9. Select the default State for the duplicated Phase
  10. Click “Duplicate”
  11. Complete!

Did You Know?

  • If you didn’t get all of the settings correct in the duplication wizard, you can always go directly into your newly created Phase and make any adjustments.
